Don’t panic! We offer 24-hour emergency services. Our certified technicians follow all IICRC guidelines include moisture analysis, water extraction, commercial drying equipment, and monitoring. We will be there to get your home or business back on track! 

Our Water Damage Procedure

1. Assessment

We provide FREE assessments using a moisture meter to analyze the entire damaged area. We will assist you and communicate with your insurance company, if necessary, through the entire project.

2. Disinfecting

We will then disinfect the entire area with an antimicrobial, thus stopping mold in its tracks. 

3. Drying

After determining what areas have been affected by water, we will provide you with the necessary equipment to fully dry out those areas. As IICRC professionals, our certified technician's schedule 1-3 repeat visits to take moisture meter readings until the areas are completely dry.

4. Restoration

Once the area has fully dried, we will replace tack strips and padding as needed and re-lay down the carpet. 

5. Cleaning/ Sanitizing

After the carpet has been layed back down, we will clean and sanitize the area, leaving your home fresh and back to normal.
